Erin is the Regional Administrative Coordinator for Minnesota and Wisconsin. With 11 years of experience in customer service, she joined The Hearing Center in 2023. Erin began her journey in the medical field in 2020 after completing her Health Unit Coordinator certification at Anoka Technical College.

What fuels Erin’s passion for the hearing world is the opportunity to improve the quality of life for everyone who walks through the door. She finds joy in hearing stories of people experiencing the world anew—whether it’s the first time they hear the birds or realize how many sounds their house makes.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys golfing, painting, drawing, and spending time at coffee shops with a good book. She also cherishes moments with family and friends, and of course, her cats are always a highlight.
